Effective communication creates a sense of transparency. Customers and employees are more likely to buy into a company when they know what the company is about. It builds a sense of trust. Here are examples of communication and messaging projects I’ve led.
Sales Quarterly Update Webcast
Engaging a remote sales force can challenging. To help overcome this, I created a 60-minute quarterly webcast. This webcast has reoccurring segments such as peer best practice sharing, product updates and a Q&A session with the VP of sales.
The results of this program was an attendance rate of 90% and a ten percent increase in overall employee engagement.
